The site is owned by Cubex Land. We are embedded in Bristol and have been based in the city since 2004. We are one of the most active and sustainable developers in the region. Our expertise lies in regeneration, and we aim to create sustainable spaces in challenging city centre brownfield developments.
As a multi-use developer, we deliver the most suitable buildings in the best locations. We have an established track record in Bristol and have delivered housing, commercial and logistics projects in the city.
Our projects include the delivery of Finzels Reach, Bristol’s first build-to-rent homes at Hawkins and George, affordable homes at Coopers Court and the delivery of Halo, one of the most sustainable commercial buildings in the UK.
Our vision is to create a more attractive, healthy, and welcoming environment along Albert Road by improving the street scene and regenerating a brownfield site. We will build a sustainable, low-carbon, mixed-use student development that boosts the local economy and connects to the city and beyond.
We are currently holding a public consultation. Please share your feedback on our plans via the “Have Your Say” page. After evaluating the feedback, we will submit a planning application to Bristol City Council in the coming months.
If you wish to speak to a team member, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
As part of our consultation, we will host an in-person event at Platform 14, Engine Shed, Station Approach, Redcliffe, Bristol, BS1 6QH on Tuesday 28th May from 5pm – 7pm which will introduce the team, share our proposals, and will allow local people to provide feedback and have their questions answered.
The feedback received during the consultation will be reflected as much as possible in our proposals. You can give your views on our plans via the having your say page.
If you are a member of a local organisation or you work for a business locally and you would like to speak to us, please get in touch using the contact form on this website or the contact details below and we would be happy to arrange this.
